Job Overview:
The Restaurant Branch Manager oversees the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and profitability. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:
– Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant branch.
– Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
– Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering supplies to prevent shortages or overstocking.
– Monitor and control expenses to meet budget requirements.
– Maintain restaurant equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.

Team Leadership:

– Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
– Motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service.

Customer Service:
